EXCHANGES AND RETURNS OF PURCHASED PRODUCTS WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING PRINCIPLES:
The customer has a right of withdrawal, by which he may proceed to return the order. This right may be exercised within 15 days from receipt of the order.

Rockbombs will proceed to refund the amount paid, once it has received the returned product and has verified its good condition. The refund of the amount will be made within a maximum period of 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods in our warehouses. All returns will be made using the same payment method used in the purchase. If the return or exchange is due to a shipping error, Rockbombs will have the package picked up where it was received. Rockbombs will be responsible for all costs derived from the subsequent return, such as the cost of shipping the correct order in the case of an exchange.
RETURN PERIOD
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return one or more items in their original condition, always within a maximum period of 15 days from receipt of the package.
